Appeal for volunteers to help at Malvern Tourist Information Centre

VOLUNTEERS are being sought to help out at Malvern Tourist Information Centre

People who are able to spare a few hours each week at the centre in Lyttleton Well Courtyard, Church Street, which provides information on the area’s attractions, events, accommodation and things to do.

There are three volunteer vacancies available – Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon from 1pm to 5pm and Sunday (hours to be agreed).

Barry Kent, who has volunteered at the TIC since last May, said he had learnt so much about Malvern in the last eight months.

“There is nothing the staff don’t know or can’t help with.

“What I love about it is that I get the chance to interact with lots of different people and tell them all about what to see and do in our wonderful area.”
