Malvern Editorial 21st Jan, 2014 Updated: 20th Oct, 2016   0

AN APPEAL has been launched to trace the owners of jewellery recovered by police at a Malvern home.

Items including a white metal jewellery box with a red velvet-type interior, a white metal charm bracelet with an array of charms including a violin and a small bag, and a pair of blue cameo-style clip of earrings in a box marked Wedgwood have been found during a property search by police.

Detective Constable Kelly Browning said: “These items were found during a house search in Malvern and we believe they may be stolen.

“We are releasing the picture of them to try and help trace the owners.

“We are asking anyone who recognises these pieces to contact West Mercia Police straight away.”

Anyone who recognises the items should call Det Cons Browning by calling the non-emergency police number 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.
