A BASE for the artistic community is set to be cleared as it closes its doors for the last time.
The Grove on Avenue Road will be hosting a house clearance sale from 10am to 2pm this weekend (November 1 to 3) as the owners move on and downsize.
Bric-a-brac, collectables, furniture, children’s toys and much more will be on offer during the event.
