Bag a Bank Holiday bargain at the Malvern Flea and Collectors Fair

Malvern Editorial 18th Aug, 2017   0

RESIDENTS can bag themselves a bargain this Bank Holiday when they visit the Malvern Flea and Collectors fair.

Returning to the Three Counties Showground on Monday, August 28, the country’s largest flea fair will be crammed with pre-loved goods.

The fair has an eclectic offering which will provide a wonderful hunting ground for thrift seeks, up-cyclers, crafters and lovers of pre-owned items.

“What better way to spend a Bank Holiday than hunting for treasures,” said Helen Yourston, director of B2B Events who organise the fair.

“With such a big event there is so much choice – and you never know exactly what you might discover here.

“The Malvern Flea Fair has uncovered plentiful gems in its time – from the weird to the truly wonderful.

“We know that people use the event as a source for special gifts and for interior styling.

“Come along this Holiday Monday to see for yourself what can be found – experience the ‘Malvern Magic’.”

The features 300 pre-booked stalls and can have in excess of 400 more outside on the day depending on the weather.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Malvern Hills, it has an on site restaurant as well as mobile catering units and of course plenty of spaces to have a picnic.

Providing the weather is right, singing group Vintage Class will also be on hand to wow the crowds with their 40s, 50s and 60s music.

Entry is from 7:30am for a cost of just £5 per person – payable in cash on entry.

The fair remains open until 3.30pm.
