HARRIETT Baldwin has declared her support for a campaign aiming to promote small businesses in the county.
The MP met a Malvern-based independent financial adviser as part of the Small Business Saturday campaign, organised by the Federation of Small Business.
The day itself will take place on Saturday, December 7, with several events across the county to discuss the issues small business face on a daily basis in tough economic times.
Mrs Baldwin said: “I am pleased to offer my support to the Federation of Small Business campaign and it was useful to meet one-to-one with a small financial planner to talk about the specific issues he faces.
“Small businesses are the engine room of our economic recovery and I will take the message back to Westminster that we must do all we can to help them succeed.”
