THE FOUR-PART harmony choir The Bel Canto Singers will perform their summer concert at The Grieg Hall at 7.30pm on June 22.
The varied programme will showcase the group’s talents and include something for everyone, including Latin music to get the audience moving in their seats, songs from musicals, dreamy ballads and toe-tapping oldies.
Each year the choir nominates a chosen charity to support and recently presented £1,000 to Redditch Foodbank.
The charity nominated for support in 2024/25 is Redditch Find Your Voice and Parkinson’s UK, an activity group helping Parkinson’s sufferers to improve their vocal skills in a relaxed friendly environment.
Lynsay Alexander, a representative from the group, came to one of the choir’s rehearsals to explain the work of the charity and how much it helps Parkinson’s sufferers.

Some tickets may be available on the door and there will be a bar available on the evening.
The Bel Canto Singers will also be performing a slightly shorter programme in St Stephens Church, Redditch on July 20.
