POP GROUPS Blue and Atomic Kitten will take to the stage once again later this year when they perform live at Upton’s Sunshine Festival this summer.
Other star acts confirmed to take part in the three day festival starting August 25 include 1980s legends Paul Young and Kim Wilde.
And added to the mix are The Wurzels, Heatwave, Sophie Ellis-Bexter and former 80s pop stars Sonia and Jaki Graham.
More stars will be announced prior to the festival.
A Facebook post from the Sunshine Festival organisers reads: “We’ve been overwhelmed by the response from you all about our latest announcement, next years event is shaping up to be our best ever!
“Obviously, we’re expecting a huge surge in ticket sales, and lots of enquiries about how long tickets will be at this price; so this is your first warning, once the current batch have run out, the ticket price will go up.
“Grab yourself a bargain now, and we’ll see you at Sunshine Festival next August Bank Holiday Weekend… Remember, kids 12 & under go FREE!”
More than 350 world class acts have performed at the festival during the past seven years.
