A DRUGS warrant executed at an address in Malvern has led to the seizure of cash, cannabis and several weapons including two samurai swords.
The raid, was carried out at an address in the Pickersleigh area of Malvern on May 16 by Pickersleigh and Chase’s Safer Neighbourhood team with support from West Mercia Police’s rapid entry Task Force and a police dog.
The investigation remains ongoing and is being dealt with by PC Reynolds of the SNT.
Occupants of the address will be interviewed and dealt with for any offences.
West Mercia Police have conducted a number of drugs raids in Malvern recently and rely on information received by members of the public to gain warrants from the courts.
The Pickersleigh and Chase SNT said: “A big part of the role for neighbourhood Police officers and PCSO’s is high visibility foot patrols around their local areas, engaging with the public and collecting intelligence.
We want to make it as hard as possible for drug dealing to be conducted in the area.”
