PEOPLE in Malvern are being given the opportunity to identify archives containing thousands of the town’s residents from the past.
The ‘Finding People’ workshop on Wednesday, June 7 at The Hive in Worcester will look at how to search for those within the county’s archives which covers 900 years of history and 12 miles of shelves.
Paul Hudson, learning and outreach manager of Worcestershire Archive & Archaeology Service, said: “Our workshops have always been popular because it helps people get the most out of these great resources.
“We know that visitors often come looking for particular types of people so we are running this workshop to show them what we have which could help and how to search.”
The workshop will run from 2-4pm and costs £6 to attend.
