A MALVERN resident will hope to stir up the memories when she hosts a special coffee morning in the town.
Sheila Young is putting on the event at the United Reformed Church Hall in Malvern Link for people suffering with dementia and their carers.
Games, coffee and tea, cake and a memory box will all be on offer on Thursday, October 1, from 11am to 12.30am.
Sheila, who hopes to make the event every first Thursday of the month, said: “There is an awful lot of people affected by dementia and it is very sad, so I want to host this to give something to them.
“It is also to make people aware of dementia and the implications, and how people’s help can be so important.”
