MALVERN resident took the phrase ‘cold snap’ to a whole new level with this stunning sunrise photograph of a icy-looking Holy Trinity Church in Link Top, surrounded by frozen foliage.
Taken on her phone at 7.55am on Sunday, she describes herself a ‘very much a point-and-snap photographer’.
She said: “I love seeing what others are able to do with their clever equipment but often simplicity could yield amazing results.
“The light was changing so fast, even a few minutes later the colours wouldn’t have been so intense.”
She added she took lots of pictures with subjects including her cat who did not complain and her ‘poor suffering family’.
“I’m dreadful at deleting the bad ones.”
