Dressing down to help kids

LEDBURY staff will be throwing open their doors and dressing down for the day to help charity Save The Children.

The team at Aspect Clinical will be wearing Christmas jumpers on Friday (December 13) and inviting subjects and members of the public to their base in Bye Street. Refreshments will be on sale with all donations going to the charity.

Clinical services manager Sarah Heatley said they had previously raised money for Macmillan Cancer Support and Children in Need.

“We conduct studies to test new or existing products, sometimes on healthy volunteers and sometimes on people with an existing medical condition. The staff are extremely friendly, and although we have been in Ledbury for over 40 years, there are still many local people who don’t know we are here and that we can provide the opportunity to be involved in research.

“We have an open invitation to members of the public to pop in and find out more about us.”
