YOUNG explorers will be able to go wild in the town when a host of activities are held in one of Malvern’s parks.
Families are being invited to join Worcestershire Wildlife Trust at Malvern Common tomorrow (Thursday) between 10am and 12pm.
The charity’s ‘Wild about’ activities will give youngsters the opportunity to explore the natural world during the summer holidays.
Hannah Thomas, engagement officer for the Trust, said: “It’s a chance to spend some time together and get outside.
“An astonishing number of children don’t usually get to do this, so the summer is the perfect time to start.
“We’ll have the chance to swish through long grass, come face to face with dragons, find out what how grasshoppers make their noise and even get up and close and personal with a bird ringing session.”
Tickets cost £3.50 per child and people should contact 01905 754919 to book.
