THE FAMILY of a man who has been missing for almost an entire month has sent a heartfelt plea to Malvern residents to help return him home.
Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Stephen Woolley who has not been seen since early December.
Though from Kidderminster, Stephen, aged 55, is a known to be keen walker and Malvern has been mentioned by his worried family and police as a possible location for where he could be.
Last month, after he was reported missing, his silver Vauxhall Zafira, was located near Worcester but there was no sign of Stephen. He had been suffering from depression.
A Facebook Page ‘Find Stephen Woolley’ has been set up by his family and has more than 1,600 Likes.
A recent post from the family revealed they were at an all-time low going into the New Year as the search for Stephen goes on.
It reads: “New Year’s Day, the end of a terrible year for our family and with Steve still missing a sad start to a new one.
“Thank you to everyone sharing our posts at this busy time of year, please keep reporting possible sightings, one of them might be the breakthrough we need that finds him and gets him home.”
Stephen is described as white, around 5ft 6ins, with short dark hair and a short grey beard. He usually wears dark rimmed glasses and is believed to be wearing a black coat, a fabric fur lined bomber jacket, black jeans, a navy blue or black fleece and a grey hat.
