ALL NEW firearms and shotgun licensing applications for West Mercia Police must now be submitted online.
The force wants holders of the weapons to be aware printed applications will no longer be accepted.
The decision has been taken following feedback from licence holders that the paper process is ‘slow and outdated’.
West Mercia Police says it is more cost-effective, environmentally friendly and it will speed up the process.
