A MARTIAL arts club has marked its first birthday by opening its doors to even more students.
The Great Malvern School of Tae Kwon Do which launched in autumn last year at Malvern Vale Community Centre, now runs sessions out of West Malvern Village Hall as of this month.
The classes take place between 6pm to 8pm on Tuesdays.
A celebration to mark the one year milestone also coincided with a grading night for students who were assessed for the first time in the hope of earning their yellow tag belts.
Senior Master Hiron John said: “I was impressed by the courtesy and good manners shown by the students. It is amazing how much the club has progressed since I last visited in March.”
