A YOGA teacher will be hosting a free introductory session for beginners in Malvern later this month.
ZAF Yoga will host the session at Malvern Cube Theatre on January 27 from 10.45am to 12 noon. Attendees are asked to bring their own mat or towel.
The session will involve a chat about yoga and its benefits as well as an introductory session for absolute beginners to yoga.
A spokesperson for ZAFYoga said: “”I aim to make yoga friendly and accessible, and answer all questions.
“Yoga might not be what you think, join in to find out how to do yoga and why yoga, especially if you’re inflexible.”
