MEMBERS of Malvern Vale Voice Choir will be hoping to raise the roof and vital funds as they mark ten years in partnership with Cancer Research UK.
The group will take to the stage at St Edmund’s Hall on Saturday (April 18), with The Nearly Ten Tenors Barbershop Group from the Chase Technology College, to celebrate the milestone.
Well-known songs from the sixties and eighties will be the music on show at the College Road site as the choir aim to rake in money for the national charity.
Charles Pavey, musical director at the choir, said: “The St Edmund’s Hall concert for Cancer Research UK is one of the regular highlights in Malvern Male Voice Choir’s year and we are very proud to be celebrating ten years since we started working regularly with this very important charity.”
The concert starts at 7.30pm, with doors open from 7pm. Tickets cost £9, u18s are free, and can be bought in advance from 01684 892772 or on the door on the night.
