A LOCAL fitness instructor specialising in rehabilitation classes for those with heart conditions has helped a group of her clients conquer the Malvern Hills to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
Fitness instructor, Jenny Davis, was joined by 24 people, many of whom have experienced cardiac issues including triple bypass surgery, high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation and angina for five and 10 mile fundraising walks aimed at increasing general fitness and well-being.
Starting from the north hill, otherwise known as perseverance hill, the group walked five miles over the Worcestershire beacon to British Camp for a lunch break where some ended their journey.
The remaining group braved the return journey completing a ten mile stretch of the picturesque Malvern Hills.
Jenny has been running fitness classes throughout Worcester, Malvern and Hartlebury specifically for rehabilitating cardiac patients but also those with other long term health issues.
