A WELL KNOWN Malvern Bed and Breakfast has been put on the market for £725,000 – it has been announced.

The Pembridge on Graham Road is now available to purchase and has been placed on the market with Colliers International.

People thinking of a career switch to the Bed & Breakfast sector are wanted as the venue’s new owners.

It was built in 1868 for Lord Graham.

In addition to the rooms there is an attractive owners’ suite consisting of one double and one single bedroom, lounge and kitchen.

Colliers International hotels director Peter Brunt, said: “Our clients have run the Pembridge in addition to their main occupations, so there is considerable scope to take the business to the next level.

“In addition to the seven letting rooms there are two additional rooms used by the current family which could be added to the business mix.”
