HUNDREDS stepped up to celebrate 31 years of the St Richard’s Hospice Malvern Hills Walk.
The annual event attracted more than 275 residents out to take part in two, five and 11-mile hikes in aid of the cause.
Organiser Lizzie Brazier, from St Richard’s, said they hoped the day would raise in the region of £16,000 for the charity.
St Richard’s Hospice provides free specialist palliative care for patients living with life-threatening illnesses and supports their families.
Each year the hospice team supports over 2,600 patients and family members in Worcestershire.
Lizzie said: “It was a beautiful sunny day, the bluebells were stunning and the views across the hills were fantastic.
“Everyone had a great day.
“We would also like to give a big thanks to all the volunteers who helped on the day and the Malvern sea cadets for supplying the refreshments.”
