A MALVERN hotel is offering free defibrillator training to the public to teach those who attended how to save a life on September 28.
Colwall Park Hotel has teamed up with Heartstart Malvern to educate both staff and those in the local community on CPR and how to use a defibrillator.
Karen Wheatstone, events manager at Colwall Park Hotel, said: “Cardiovascular diseases are the most common cause of death in the world.
“CPR can often be the only difference between life and death, and we think it’s really important people learn these skills and can help others.”
The Colwall-based hotel recently sponsored a defibrillator and hopes to improve people’s knowledge around using them during the session.
The session will take place between 7pm and 8.30pm and is available for anyone over the age of 11.
