MALVERN College is celebrating the impressive results achieved by its pupils in its 25th anniversary year of teaching the International Baccalaureate.
Out of a maximum of 45 points, two pupils scored 45, placing them in the top 0.01 per cent of pupils studying for the IB worldwide.
Two pupils achieved 44 points and nearly a third of the cohort achieved the magical 40 points or more.
Headmaster Antony Clark said: “This year we are celebrating not only 25 years of the IB at Malvern, but 25 years of co-education as well.
“We are delighted for all of those in our IB cohort who have received their results.
“The IB Diploma is a really challenging course requiring considerable intellectual agility and my warmest congratulations go to them all.
“They have worked exceptionally hard to achieve these excellent results and done themselves proud.
“I am confident that they will secure outstanding results at university and are well set for interesting and productive careers.”
