TRIBUTES have poured in for former Malvern College student and Worcestershire County cricketer Josh Baker, who died suddenly last week aged just 20.
Josh studied at Malvern College between 2016 and 2021.
A statement released on behalf of the college described Josh as a much-loved member of its School House community.
It read: “We are devastated to share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Old Malvernian, Josh Baker. Josh is fondly remembered by staff, not least for his successes in cricket.
“Our whole community, past and present, sends their condolences to Josh’s family, friends, and teammates.”
Barnards Green Cricket Club held a minute’s silence last weekend in memory of Josh.
