Malvern family business puts up £500 reward after vandals target its orchard and two of its tractors

A REWARD has been put up by the owners of a Malvern family business in a bid to catch vandals responsible for severely damaging two tractors and trees at an orchard it owns.

The £500 incentive – for any information which leads to the culprits being brought to justice – follows the unprovoked attacks at the firm on Halfkey Road, Storridge, on two successive nights between June 8 and 10.

PC Dane Roleston-Lowe said the actions had led to considerable loss and inconvenience to the owners.

“Our specialist rural crime officer has visited the victims and offered prevention advice on how to protect their business from being a future target.

“We are working closely with the victim and hope to find those that are responsible soon.”

He urged witnesses or anyone with any information to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
