A MAN has been charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention and drink.
The charges relate to a collision on the Worcester Road (B4211) near Hanley Castle on January 23, 2024, in which a 37-year-old man lost his life.
Thomas Barnett, aged 37, of Court Road, Malvern will next appear at Worcester Crown Court on October 14.
