A MALVERN man was found with a steak knife when he was arrested in the town this morning.
The 63-year-old was wanted for failing to appear in court over a shoplifting offence.
PCSO Kev Tudge located the man in Madresfield Road, Pickersleigh, and he was arrested by PC Paul Slaymaker and PC Dave Olczak,
On discovery of the weapon, he was further arrested for being in possession of a knife in a public place.
The man was then taken into custody and will appear before Worcester Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (Friday).
