A MALVERN man has been issued a criminal behavior order after persistent anti-social behaviour offences.

Richard Cuss, 66, of Watkins Ways, received the order at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

The order will last for two-and-a-half years (30 months) and prevents him from behaving in an aggressive or intimidating manner, making menacing or offensive gestures towards others or CCTV camera, or shouting and swearing at others which causes harassment or distress.

He is also banned from throwing or placing any items whatsoever on to other people’s properties without their consent, shooting from any air rifle or pellet gun from his property or being in possession of an air rifle or pellet gun in any public place.

Cuss is also prohibited from pouring any liquids other than water, or placing objects in to the hedgerows bordering the car park in Watkins Way, parking his vehicles in any spaces which are allocated to other residents or allowing any visitors to his address to park in these allocated spaces.

He cannot wash harmful chemicals or liquids – such as oil, battery acid and paint stripper, down his driveway and is banned from playing excessively loud music which causes an annoyance or disturbance to residents in the vicinity of Watkins Way.

If Cuss breaches this order he could be arrested.
