A MALVERN man has been given a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) after he was convicted for theft and public order offences.

Ben Crook, of Tanhouse Lane, was given the order on Monday at Worcester Magistrates’ Court following convictions of thefts from two convenience stores in Malvern in January and three separate public order offences between November and December last year, also in Malvern.

The 25-year-old has been hit with the order for three years and it will expire on April 17, 2019.

As part of the CBO, Crook is prohibited from using foul or verbally abusive language, behaving in an aggressive or threatening manner and entering Elgar Avenue or Moat Way, Malvern including shops situated in both locations.
