THIS E-SCOOTER was seized by Malvern Police earlier today.
Officers witnessed a youth riding it dangerously on the road amongst traffic in the Barnard’s Green.
Police want to remind people that it is illegal to ride e-scooters on public roads or pavements.
The only exceptions to the law are areas where there are designated Government e-scooter schemes and only then when the licensed e-scooters are used. Malvern Hills District is not one of those areas.
