A MALVERN retirement village is hosting a summer event later this month to showcase its new properties.
Audley Ellerslie, on Abbey Road, will give residents the chance to see the near complete village on Tuesday, July 17.
Phase Two properties are now available to be viewed and ready to be moved into by the end of the summer.
Sales manager Rachael McCafferty said: “This event is a fantastic opportunity for our owners, their friends and families and members of the local community to spend an afternoon in the beautiful surroundings at Audley Ellerslie.
“With Phase Two now complete, we encourage the community to come along to the event to see the village and the benefits it brings to members of our community.”
Audley Ellerslie welcomed its first owners in the spring of last year following the completion of the first phase of development.
Once fully complete, the village will have a mix of 101 one, two and three bedroom new-build and restored properties.
