GREEN-FINGERED youngsters gathered at the Three Counties Showground to learn how to capture ‘A Moment in Time’, the theme for next year’s School Gardens Challenge at the RHS Malvern Spring Festival.
Pupils from Malvern Wells CE Primary School, Wyche CE Primary School and Cradley CE Primary School picked up top tips on construction, design and planting ahead of their submissions for the 2019 festival which will be held in May.
Gardens created by the students must capture unique moments in time such as historical events or significant occasions for communities and local areas.
Building of the school gardens begin in April next year and will take around three weeks to complete.
