ATHLETES from Malvern Triathlon Club have been busy and notching up success despite the main season having officially ended.
In Bilbao, Spain, Keith Evans and Helen Woodman were in action at the Duathlon European Championships.
Participants took on a 7km run, 21km bike ride and 3km final run.
Helen finished on the podium with a silver medal.
Keith was just four seconds away from third place when he fell victim to cramp.
Closer to home, Steve Clarke and Lorraine Brooks were at the Cardiff Half Marathon, Janet Adsett completed the London Marathon and John Kevany competed in the Warwickshire sprint triathlon.
