A MALVERN woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a serious assault in Stoke-on-Trent.
Staffordshire Police were called to reports of a serious assault in Fenpark Road, Fenton, at 2.30am today (Friday).
Officers, one ambulance and a and paramedic officer attended the scene where one man was taken on blue lights to Royal Stoke University Hospital with knife wounds to his left arm and back.
He is currently in a stable condition.
A 37-year-old woman from Malvern has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
She is currently in police custody and an investigation is now on-going.
