A MAN has been arrested in connection with the unexplained death of a woman in her 70s who died after suffering a blow to the head.
Police launched an investigation after they were called to the Eston Avenue home on Tuesday (January 21) where they found Monica O’Neill dead.
They arrested a man the same day and released him without charge while detectives continue their inquiries.
An inquest is due to be opened into the death of the 73-year-old woman after the coroner was informed.
Currently the cause of death has been given as a blunt head injury.
