A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the body of a woman was found in Malvern.
Police are investigating the death of a 46-year-old woman who was found at an address in Apple Orchard Close yesterday (Sunday) at 11.55am.
Her death is currently being treated as unexplained.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder.
Supt Tom Harding said: “We know residents will be concerned and I would like to reassure them this appears to be an isolated incident and we do not believe there to be any risk to the wider public.
“There will continue to be a police presence in the area over the coming days as officers carry out enquiries to establish the circumstances around the woman’s death.
“Officers are also there to offer reassurance to residents.”
