A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a collision in Malvern in August 2023.
Peter Burrow, aged 90, of Meadow Walk in Colwall, Malvern is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, April 30.
The charges relate to a fatal collision in Church Street on August 8, 2023 where a woman has sadly died from her injuries.
