TWO men wearing with their faces covered robbed a business in Newton Road, Malvern, escaping with £300 in cash and four bottles of spirits.

It happened around 12.50pm yesterday (Thursday) when they entered the premises and threatened staff with knives.

They left the scene on foot over a hill toward Hornyold Road where it is believed they removed their face coverings.

One of the men was white, around 5ft 10ins tall and was wearing a snood-type face covering, black Umbro jacket, grey North Face tracksuit bottoms and black trainers with white soles. He was holding a white-handled knife with black blade.

The second man was white, 6ft tall, of slim build and was wearing a blue hooded top turned inside out, dark Adidas three-stripe tracksuit bottoms and a full face covering.

Det Con Sophie Heath said: “This incident happened in the middle of the day when many people are likely to have been out and about.

“We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen these men or anyone who was driving in the area and may have captured them on dash cam.

“We are reviewing CCTV footage but would ask anyone in the area with CCTV to please check their footage to see if they may have captured these men.”
