THIS MOPED was seized in Malvern earlier today after the rider was found to have no insurance, tax or MoT.
The incident happened at 1pm when Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Kev Tudge of Pickersleigh and Chase Safer Neighbourhood Team saw it being ridden along Orford Way.
PCSO Tudge carried out a police radio check on the vehicle which found that the moped had no insurance, no tax and no MOT.
PC Dave Olczak attended the area and the vehicle was seized.
