A NEW choir for seven to 12-year-olds is starting this week in Malvern.
Young Chorale is for young singers who would like to have a real mix of music to sing and there will be new songs to learn as well as others which have been heard before.
The choir is being set up by musicians at Holy Trinity Church, Link Top, where the singers will meet to rehearse on Friday evenings between 6pm and 6.45pm.
Charles Pavey, the Director of Music at Holy Trinity, said: “Although it is a choir that meets in church it is a choir for the community.
“It is being created for young people from across the Malvern area whether or not they have sung lots before.
“If you have a willing voice please get in touch and be part of a choir for today and the future.”
After a period of rehearsing together the singers will then have the opportunity to sing at concerts, services and other events.
