A NEW community bus service is being launched in Malvern to take people to the town’s retail park.
The new service, run by Community Action, will pick people up from the Half Key Road and Malvern Vale area at 10.30am before arriving at the retail park at 11.10am.
Further pick-up locations will include Somers Park, Upper Howsell Road, Greenfields Road, Jamaica Road and Church Road. The service will return from the retail park at 12.45pm.
The service will launch on Friday, May 3 and will be a ‘ring and book’ transport option. Passengers will need to book by 12.30pm the day before travel. It will also be flexible and may be able to cover other areas on demand.
It has been established as a partnership between Community Action Malvern and District and Age UK Worcester, Malvern Hills and Hereford localities.
