FOUR new noticeboards have been installed in Upton upon Severn to help enhance visitor experience in the town.
The new information boards offer a welcome to visitors and provide information on the town’s rich history and culture.
Those who take a look at the signs can learn about the town’s Tudor House Museum, The Old Church Tower, Ye Olde Anchor Inn and more.
Boards showcasing walking routes and historical facts on the River Severn as well as the myriad of events and festivals in the town are also new.
The boards have been installed on Hanley Road, The Pepperpot Grounds, Upton Rugby Club and by the riverside.
Councillor Beverley Nielsen, responsible for economy and tourism at Malvern Hills District Council said: “These display boards have been updated with new informative content and a fresh look, which is great for people looking to explore the town, or for residents to learn more about where they live”.
