AN INDEPENDENT house builder has announced nine new houses and bungalows will be on their way to Colwall.
The news from Lockley Homes comes after the completion of six properties in Feckenham.
The new Colwall development will include three two-bedroom bungalows, two three-bedroom houses and four four-bedroom houses.
“Colwall is a lovely area, and well liked both by commuters to nearby Worcester and Birmingham and those seeking a beautiful area in which to retire,” said Karl Lockley, joint managing director of Lockley Homes.
“With our latest development, we have aimed to provide a good range of luxury homes, from bungalows to three and four-bedroom houses”, he said.
Construction will start in March with completion scheduled for October.
