No Malvern train services this Sunday due to signalling upgrades

Malvern Editorial 27th Jun, 2017   0

TRAINS will not be running to and from Great Malvern and Malvern Link this Sunday as part of planned engineering works.

Upgrades will be taking place at all stops between Worcester Foregate Street and Hereford to improve signalling in the area.

Operator London Midland is putting on rail replacement buses which will call at all stops between Worcester Shrub Hill and Hereford to an amended timetable.

All trains between Birmingham New Street and Worcester will start and terminate at Shrub Hill.

Great Western Railway services are also affected by these works.

They will be terminating at Evesham and Cheltenham with replacement buses for all stations towards Hereford.

Both rail operators have urged passengers to check the amended bus timetable and allow extra time for their journey.
