POLICE are investigating an incident when two people were verbally abused by a group of youths in Malvern.
The youngsters – who were all male – targeted the pair on Avenue Road, Malvern, between 9pm and 9.30pm, on March 22, throwing water balloons at them.
Officers are treating this as a hate crime and have appealed for witnesses to get in touch.
