A PEDESTRIAN was seriously injured when they were hit by a car in Malvern on Friday evening.
The collision, which involved a dark BMW, happened on Yates Hay Road, at the junction with Springfield Glade around 6.30pm. The driver failed to stop.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with injuries which are serious but not believed to be life-threatening.
West Mercia Police are investigating and would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen the collision or have dash-cam footage of it.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent one ambulance and provided treatment to the man who had potentially serious injuries.
He was then taken to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further care.
