Persistent Malvern shoplifter has CBO expanded

A PERSISTENT shoplifter who has been a continual problem for retailers in Malvern has had her Criminal Behaviour Order expanded and extended.

Natalie Cull, 31, of Madresfield Village, Malvern, appeared before Worcester Crown Court yesterday (Thursday January 15) where she was convicted of multiple shop thefts.

Cull’s CBO – which was set to expire in April – has been extended by one year and three months so it is now running until April 14, 2027, and has been amended to include the Roman Way Retail Park.

Her CBO means she is now prohibited from entering the following premises: –

  • Co-op, Worcester Road, Malvern Link
  • Sainsburys, Buttercup Walk, Malvern
  • Tesco Express, Madresfield Road, Malvern
  • B&Q, Spring Lane, Malvern
  • One Stop Shop, Pickersleigh Road, Malvern
  • Waitrose, Edith Walk, Malvern
  • Entering or being in any retail premises when in company with a named individual.
  • Being with four named individuals in any public place.

Entering the following: –

  • Co-op, Barnards Green, Malvern
  • Aldi, Festival Way, Grovewood Road, Malvern
  • New Look, Roman Way, Malvern
  • Entering Roman Way Retail Park, Malvern

Cull was also ordered to comply with a drug rehabilitation requirement and a rehabilitation requirement before 15 July 2027.




Sgt Jason Maiden of Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) said: “We welcome this amendment and extension to Cull’s CBO which will help us to protect retailers and the public from the impact of her prolific shoplifting.”
