A FIVE-YEAR-OLD girl was taken to hospital with after she was hit by a car in Powick yesterday.
The incident, which involved a grey Audi, took place at 3pm on the A449, near the junction of Powyke Court Close.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said an ambulance and a critical care car were sent to the scene and the girl was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further treatment.
An appeal has been launched by police for any witnesses to come forward.
Sg Matt Digger said: “We are especially keen to see any dash-cam footage from the area at the time of the incident. If you have any information please contact us.”
