Police appeal after several incidents of indecent exposure in Malvern

Tristan Harris 13th Dec, 2024   0

POLICE are investigating several incidents of indecent exposure in Malvern in the past few weeks and are now asking witnesses who have not yet spoken to officers to come forward.

The first incident was reported on November 16 and there have been four more incidents reported since Sunday.

They have taken place in the Malvern Link area on Jamaica Crescent, Worcester Road, Church Road and Lower Hoswell Road, in the late afternoon / early evening.

Police believe the person involved is a teenage boy. He is white, of a slim build with curly brown hair and wears glasses.

Insp Dave Wise of Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “Understandably these incidents will be concerning for our local community, since the initial report was made to us we have carrying out enquiries to identify the individual and bring an end to this offending.

“In addition to searching CCTV and other investigative tactics we are carrying out regular patrols around Malvern for your reassurance and these will continue throughout the coming days.

“We are urging anyone who may have been the victim of similar incidents, or has information which may help identify the individual, to get in touch.”

Witnesses to any incidents of indecent exposure or anyone who thinks they have fallen victim to it in Malvern should call PC Lee Baker on 07980 956703 or email [email protected] to pass on information.
