AN APPEAL has been launched by police to find the driver who left the scene of a crash in Malvern on Friday.
It happened at 9.50am on Pound Bank Lane when a vehicle drove at speed towards a grey Nissan Note causing the driver to swerve into a Renault Clio.
The first vehicle left the scene.
The 79-year-old driver of the Nissan Note later attended the Worcestershire Royal Hospital with chest pains and was found to have suffered a fractured sternum and deflating lung. She is now in a stable condition.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the car which left the scene should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
